Frogmore House
Visit to Frogmore House 1st May 2008
With the kind permission of Her Majesty The Queen, a private tour of Frogmore House and Gardens was arranged in 2008, exclusively for Patrons and special supporters of the Castle of Mey.
It was a unique opportunity to visit Frogmore House and Gardens.
Alan Titchmarsh generously agreed to host this special day and showed guests the gardens at Frogmore, whilst sharing his enthusiasm for Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother's gardens at Mey.
Lady Elizabeth Anson oversaw the arrangements for lunch and afternoon tea and the Royal Library put together a special display in the house, centred around Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother.
This event was by invitation only and was limited to 50 places for lunch and the same number for tea.
