Job Opportunity: Duty Manager – The Granary Lodge

Job Description:

After our successful launch on the 1st May, we are now looking to expand our team and an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our front of house team at The Castle of Mey’s new luxury 10 bedroom B&B/Events accommodation facility, The Granary Lodge.

We require an additional Duty Manager who will primarily be focussed on a wide range of customer-facing activities including all reception duties as well as the management of guests throughout their stay.  When appropriate, the role may also need to ensure that other aspects of The Granary are running smoothly, including housekeeping and food service. 

Experience in the hospitality industry, especially customer-facing, would be ideal as well as the ability to work well in a team, be computer-literate, have good organisational skills, be self-motivated and strive to meet the 5 star standards required.

This is a full-time role and candidates must be willing to work a flexible shift schedule including some weekends and Bank Holidays.
