In 2005 HRH The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay launched the North Highland Initiative to promote economic development of the North Highlands. Mey Selections is the brand name of North Highlands Products Ltd - formed by Caithness farmers to offer luxury food and drink products. Mey Selections allows customers to support profitable and sustainable farming, fishing and food and drink production in the North Highlands, and customers can be sure of obtaining the very best quality.
