Gardener's Blog: May 2020

While we remain closed, the gardens and grounds continues to be a hive of activity.  There is plenty of work to be done as flowers bloom and produce grows.  The gardeners have been busy with bedding plants.

This garden cart has served a long time in the gardens of Mey and is still going strong!

This month we harvested rhubarb from the patch in the Walled Garden.  This usually goes towards making jam and crumble, to be used in the Tearoom, when we are open.  

The Castle & Gardens of Mey are ensuring no produce will go to waste during the time we are closed.
