Job Opportunity: Various - The Granary
Housekeeper, Kitchen Assistant, Waiting Staff Required
A number of exciting opportunities have arisen to join our brand new team at The Castle of Mey’s new luxury 10 bedroom B&B/Events accommodation facility called The Granary.
Housekeeper – to provide the necessary services to ensure spotlessly clean and comfortable bedrooms for guests, as well as all public areas, on a daily basis. The individual should have excellent attention to detail, be able to work under pressure as part of a small team and take pride in a job done well.
Kitchen Assistant - focussed on ensuring that the kitchen is clean and operational as well as assisting the Breakfast Chef in preparing some of the ingredients and cold food stuffs for breakfast. This role requires a commitment to cleanliness, food hygiene requirements and customer service as well as an ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Waiting Staff - to provide excellent customer service and support in the restaurant for breakfast and/or dinner. Our waiting staff must also be well-presented, have the ability to communicate with a variety of people and will be a valuable member of the Granary team seeking to maintain 5 star standards in all areas.
These roles all require the ability to maintain a flexible schedule that may include working weekends and Bank Holidays depending on the hours agreed.
