Longoe Ram Wins at Royal Welsh Show

Longoe Farm would like to wish congratulations to Ifan Huw Hughes of the Eithinog flock in Pontllyfni, Wales on winning the North Country Cheviot Breed Champion at the recent Royal Welsh Show with the two shear ram Longoe Willie Beeb. 

He was purchased from the Castle of Mey Trust's Longoe flock at the ram sales in Quoybrae last year for £2,200 and is sired by Bardnaclavan Trident. Mr Hughes also won first prize in the ewe lamb class with a daughter of the champion. The judge was Mr Jm Baillie from Sebay in Orkney.
